A corporate website serving investors, job seekers, sustainability reporters, and the press — all at once. We designed a system that lets each audience find exactly what they need, without getting lost in what they don't.

The Challenge

CCI is one of Turkey's most significant publicly traded companies — operating across 12 countries, serving 600 million+ consumers, with 36 bottling facilities. Their website had to speak to investors checking stock prices, HR teams attracting talent, sustainability teams reporting ESG commitments, and the press looking for company news. That's four completely different audiences, four different mental models, one URL. The design challenge wasn't just visual — it was structural.

The Approach

Before any screens were designed, the information architecture was rebuilt from the ground up. Each audience segment was mapped separately: what they come for, where they drop off, what action they need to take. The result was a navigation system that routes users intuitively without overwhelming them with everything at once.

A full design system was established first — typography hierarchy, component library, color tokens, spacing rules, responsive behavior across breakpoints. Building the system before the screens meant every page decision was consistent, scalable, and handoff-ready for a development team working across a large codebase.

The UI was designed to carry the weight of a global corporation without feeling cold. Clean but not sterile. Structured but not bureaucratic. The stock ticker, financial data tables, and investor disclosures needed the same design care as the careers section — because every touchpoint is the brand.

A complete digital design system for one of Turkey's largest companies — built to serve multiple stakeholder groups without compromise, and scalable across future content updates and market expansions.
